How to Make exploding nitrocellulose

Cellulose trinitrate synthesis using concentrated sulfuric acid (H2SO4) and concentrated nitric acid (HNO3). Do not attempt to make this. Chemistry = dangerous, acid = dangerous, danger = dangerous.

Nitrocellulose is a highly inflammable material made by treating cellulose with concentrated nitric acid. Nitrocellulose is generally used to make explosives and celluloid, and is also called cellulose nitrate.

Gun cotton? Cool.

Home made Smokeless powder, I like.

what is the chem names?

H2SO4 (aq) 18M = 98% Sulfuric acid
HNO3 (aq) 16M = 70% Nitric acid
[C6H7(NO2)3O5]n (s) = Cellulose nitrate/ nitrocellulose/ guncotton
NaHCO3 (aq) = aqueous solution of :sodium bicarbonate/ baking soda

thanxs
